Here is how you can send support

People often tell us to focus on one issue instead of helping with so many different problems. "This would make it easier to raise donations because people like to get behind one type of need. Why not just work on children with cancer or just work on shelters?" I appreciate the advice, but this began by just walking around and discovering serious needs. Anyone who knows me is aware that I constantly get lost. In the colonias, when lost I think, "What am I supposed to find here?" and see a person or family with a real need. Maybe I am just trying to pretend that I am lost by a Divine Plan. Maybe not. Focusing on one type of problem would be easier, but I honestly believe we need to look at what God shows us and do something.

Please do not send items.

We are unable to accept used items due to the high cost of shipping and time-consuming delays at the border. Unfortunately, we learned this through experience. The only exception to this rule is when items are received directly from hospitals.

We support the local economy by purchasing used clothing from individuals in Mexico who repair and sell these items to provide for their families.

When making a donation, you may specify its purpose, whether it's for a particular project (e.g., a children's shelter or a school for the blind) or even for a specific individual (e.g., Alexis Mora).

Some of our supporters send monthly donations for a year before moving on to another worthy cause. As a result, we are always seeking new donors to maintain our ongoing efforts.

People and businesses in Mexico help.

We collaborate with local charities and factories in Mexico, often sharing costs with them to fund hospitals or purchase school supplies. This partnership helps us maximize the impact of your donations. Please note that we do not hand over money to other charities; we have a duty to ensure that your contributions directly benefit those we serve and honor the trust you've placed in us.
